Where is Sans Souci Ongles & Spa located?
We're inside CF Carrefour Laval at 3035 Boulevard le Carrefour, Entrée 6, Laval, QC H7T 1C8. Free mall parking is available at Entrance 6.
Do you take walk-ins or is it appointment only?
Both. We welcome walk-ins when chairs are open, but booking ahead guarantees your time and technician — especially evenings and weekends.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — gift cards make a great present and can be purchased in-salon. Ask our front desk.
How long do gel nails and lash extensions last?
Gel manicures typically last 2–3 weeks; lash extensions last 3–4 weeks with proper care. We'll share aftercare tips at your visit.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We back our work with a 7-day guarantee. If something lifts, chips, or isn't done to standard, contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we'll fix the same shape, length, and design at no additional cost. How do you keep your tools and stations clean?
We follow strict hygiene protocols. Tools are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every client and sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave that eliminates bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Disposable items are single-use, and every workstation is sanitized between appointments.
